Our estate sales are known for exceptional selections of fine art, antiques, and collectibles. If you aren't looking for a treasure, no worries. From books to kitchen appliances, our Portland sales are stocked with everyday goods too. Beyond our traditional sales, we host special events for holidays, exciting new collections online, and also informational gatherings about the estate sale & appraisal industry.
We've had the honor and pleasure of running some great sales: Academy Award Winner Elmo Williams, The Estate of the McGuire Furniture Company, charitable estates for the Oregon Humane Society, and many more. Explore the dozens of sales we've done in recent years below.
How WE RUN OUR estate sales
Our estate sales operate on a first-come, first-served basis, which means we do not have a sign up list. For crowd control, however, we begin handing out numbers about an hour before doors open, allowing a limited number of guests into the space at a time.
Your number will hold your place in line, which means that once you get your number, you can leave the venue and return once the doors open.

The "In-Tents" Estate Pop-Up Warehouse Sale
Come explore Gary Germer's estate warehouse sale where you will find a mix of estates and consigned pieces. Since we can't let people into our physical warehouse due to logistical issues, we will be hosting the sale at the home of one of our current estate client's in the Laurelhurst/Sandy neighborhood.
There will be an assortment of fine art, sculptures, prints, and art glass pieces. Lots of kitchen accessories, pots, pans, china, bowls, including vintage glass and stemware. Quality rugs of all shapes and sizes. Antique toys, figurines and other collectibles like autographed photos from famous celebrities and athletes. A trove of vintage jewelry and clothing from fashionable accessories to designer gowns. There will be a range of furniture from antique to mid-century. Plenty of Chinese, Japanese, and other artistic cultural works like vases, bowls, pottery, tea sets, and other traditional icons. We'll even have some firearms and tons of ammo. Plus all those popular estate sale treasures and so much more!

LaCamas Lake Estate Sale
The luxurious estate of an award winning designer in Camas, Washington.
Venture across the Columbia River and discover the lavish neighborhood of the LaCamas Lake Estate Sale. The owner was a passionate host and entertainer with plenty of china and glassware, plus a lot of ceramic accents, accessories, and sculptures for every season. The house spans generations of life, featuring many unique pieces, plenty of the usual sought after estate sale treasures, and some tech updates and electronics in great condition. There is also a couple electric wheelchairs and other medical equipment. Every room of this large estate is bursting with tasteful furniture and must-have items, including the back patio is loaded with outdoor furniture and exterior decorations.

Peter Abrahams Science & Astronomy Estate Collection
The private collection of Peter Abrahams, local meteorologist and an avid astronomer, woodworker and independent scholar of the history of telescopes and binoculars, includes some fantastic telescopes, binoculars, historic medical/science books, and other scientific scopes and navigational equipment. This estate will be held at the Gary Germer & Associates showroom gallery and vault where you can not only shop the estate of Peter Abrahams, but also the many treasures available in our store.

Military Weapons & Historic Armory Estate Collection

Briarwood Riverside Estate Sale
Come on down to the Birdshill neighborhood of Lake Oswego and discover this secluded art deco estate right on the Willamette River. The Briarwood Riverside Estate Sale is full of lots of vintage charm, fine art, worldly cultural pieces, and plenty of knickknacks from decor to tools. The estate belonged to a lifetime bachelor who spent a lot of time travelling, boating, and golfing. There is lots of recreational equipment and nautical themed pieces, not to mention a collection of animal art that benefits the Oregon Zoo.

The Bridlemile Midcentury Estate Sale
Journey into the winding forested roads of the SW Hills and discover the eclectic Bridlemile Midcentury Estate Sale. The charming MCM home is full of so many trendy and nostalgic items from all kinds of styles and generations. Bixwood Manor Estate Sale

Each item holds a story having amassed a collection sculptures and art of many biological specimens, such as fish and birds, camels, monkeys, and reptiles. Nob Hill Estate Sale Featuring PAC-NW Artists
This is a small but very fun little sale. Lots of original work by Portland artists: Karen Esler, Bennett Norrbo, George Johansen, Betty Dodson, Christine Tarpey, Karen Kessler, P.S. Greene, Jani Hoberg as well as Sister Corita, V. Jones and Daniel Weismhel. Plus a large collection of La Crueset cookware, some native American art, flow blue china set, weaving loom, MCM desk and cabinet, and a lot of good household stuff. Please note, this is less than 1000 square feet chockfull, so we can only let in about 6 or 7 people at a time.
